Refund policy

Effective date: October 31, 2026

GreenTunnel VPN is free to use. Premium is an optional purchase. This policy explains how to get your money back if Premium is not right for you. It is part of our terms of service. GreenTunnel VPN is made by CellHubs, the trading name of Vo Anh Kiet, a sole proprietor in Vietnam.

Purchases on this website (Windows, Linux and web)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our website orders, and Paddle handles refunds.

  • 14 days, full refund: you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a purchase or of a subscription renewal, for any reason. This applies to every plan, including the lifetime plan.
  • How to ask: use the link in the receipt email from Paddle, or look up your order at paddle.net. You can also write to us at cellhubsapp@gmail.com with the email address you used, and we will ask Paddle to refund you.
  • Where the money goes: Paddle returns it to the payment method you used. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
  • After a refund: Premium ends on your account. Every free feature keeps working.
  • After 14 days: you can cancel a subscription at any time with the link in Paddle’s receipt email or with Manage subscription in the app. It stops the next renewal and Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund part of a period that has started, unless the law where you live requires it.

Purchases in the App Store or Google Play

Purchases made inside the iPhone, iPad, Mac App Store or Android app are handled by Apple or Google, and their refund policies apply. We cannot refund these purchases ourselves.

If Premium does not work

If you bought Premium and it does not unlock, sign in with the same account you used to buy, then choose Restore purchases in the app. If it still does not work, write to cellhubsapp@gmail.com. We will fix it or refund you.
